I Didn’t Lose Myself.

I was a big dreamer.

The kind of dreamer who didn’t question what was possible—because I hadn’t yet learned to.

Then life started teaching its lessons:

- Be realistic.
- Don’t stand out.
- Don’t take up too much space.

And like most people…I adapted.

I learned how to perform.
I learned how to succeed.
I learned how to survive.

And somewhere along the way—

I started to shrink.

But shrinking doesn’t feel like shrinking when you’re in it.

It feels like:

- Being responsible

- Playing it smart

- Waiting until you’re “ready”

- Overthinking every move

From the outside, my life looked fine. Successful, even. But internally? I felt disconnected.

From my voice.
From my direction.
From myself.

Not because I lacked discipline or because I didn’t want more.

But because I had spent years being shaped by noise.

Other people’s expectations. Other people’s opinions. Other people’s versions of what my life should look like.

And the hardest part? That noise didn’t stay external. It became internal.

The criticism.
The doubt.
The second-guessing.

It turned into a voice in my head—one I thought was mine. But it wasn’t. It was learned.

And once I realized that everything started to change.

Because if that voice was learned—it could be unlearned.

That realization sent me on a different kind of journey. Not surface-level self-development. Not chasing motivation. But the deeper work: Rebuilding identity, breaking patterns, creating proof through action, and learning how to come back home to myself

What I discovered is simple, but most people miss it: Humans aren’t broken — they’re buried.

Buried beneath Survival patterns, expectations, and stories that were never theirs to begin with.

And when you start to remove that? You don’t become someone new. You remember who you’ve always been.

Today, my work is built around one core idea: Helping people stop playing small—and start living bigger.
